A Direção do Cine PE, diante das circunstâncias adversas que afligem o país neste momento, comunica ao público em geral sua decisão por adiar o evento, que estava marcado para o período de 29 de maio a 04 de junho, conforme os pontos abaixo relacionados:
1) que a definição do novo período de realização será anunciada no decorrer desta segunda-feira, dia 28 de maio;
2) que essa decisão poderá contemplar o adiamento por no mínimo dois dias ou na escolha de outro período mais à frente, a depender da conjuntura do quadro nacional e das agendas específicas que interferem no evento, tudo na intenção de que tenhamos garantida a
mobilidade segura de produtos, insumos e pessoas;
3) que os acessos até então já disponibilizados (como ingressos e convites) continuarão válidos seja qual for a decisão pelo novo periodo de realização, respeitadas as escolhas pelo dia de programação, até segunda ordem (no caso de ingressos já adquiridos);
4) que lamentamos os transtornos causados pelo adiamento, por mais involuntária que seja essa decisão, haja vista que a gravidade da situação nacional impôs esse encaminhamento de modo irreversível; e,
5) que embora a organização da produção já estivesse totalmente pronta para a realização do Festival nas condições iniciais, alguns ajustes serão inevitáveis com a mudança da data, posto que envolvem ações múltiplas de logística, recepção e atendimento, considerados os diversos públicos envolvidos.
Quaisquer novas decisões serão anunciadas em tempo hábil pelos meios de comunicação ao nosso alcance, posto que ainda estamos, na data de hoje, à mercê das instabilidades.
